How do I get Xfinity to stop calling me?

Caller ID and Caller ID blocking features in Xfinity is a very capable and user-friendly service that takes full advantage of how today's telecommunications networks function. ? I don't want calls on my personal cell. I have no desire to make long distance or collect calls. If the feature were available, I'd gladly pay for it. I just don't want to be called and I don't want long distance charges.

If it exists, it's going to be done by a phone company and billed to the customer. I would ask to block calls from xfinity. Even if xfinity is blocking your calls from their side, you may still get calls from other carriers. If you only want to be contacted by xfinity for a limited amount of time you can block the number that goes through xfinity for that time. Then change it back later when you are ready.

That may be true, but they should be able to distinguish my cell phone number from all the others. If there is a way to shut off calls from Xfinity to my cell phone, it shouldn't be too hard to set up.

I need help from the customer service with xfinity mobile as well. I have it on android phone, when I send a call, it comes up with an image and text that says "call received".
