Why is my Franklin T9 Hotspot not working?
It has happened to me a few times, that I have found the hotspot, but when I connect to it, I get the following error message: Unable to connect to your hotspot.
This happens with both my iPhone and iPad. It does not matter which network I am connected to, it will happen. If you are on the same network, you will not have this problem.
