Why does my Samsung account say no registered devices?

Why does my Samsung account say no registered devices?

I have an old Samsung TV with the following specs: Intel Atom Processor x5-Z8300 (2.3 GHz) 2 GB of DDR3 RAM. 10 GB of internal storage space. WIFI 802.11 b/g/n I originally bought it with a Windows XP Operating System and then when I upgraded to Windows 7, I put in the disc to re-install the OS, but I can't do that because the disc has a password and it's not accepting it. I'm at my wits end here because I cannot remove the disc from the hard drive. It is locked up tight and I cannot wipe the disc and try again.

I was able to get an account set up one of the Android smart phones using a different model of Samsung television with a different model of the Intel Atom Processor, but I have two different models of this computer and no other models. I thought if I was able to get an account set up on a phone, I could then just transfer the account over to the computer.

I looked around online but I couldn't find anything about someone with the same problem. I also tried to use the email account that I had set up on my previous Samsung TV so I could try to get an account set up with the original email address, but it won't allow me to log in. It says that I don't have any registered devices.

When I look at my account settings, it's only showing a Samsung smartphone. I only have a Samsung tablet and a Samsung phone. I checked all of the links in the menu on the top of the page and all I got was an error message.

You cannot install a program on an incompatible device. You have Windows 8 Home or Windows 8 Pro on this device.

There are several places online that say the same thing. I do not want to buy a different phone because I really just want to be able to set up the TV so I can watch a few episodes of some shows that I recorded on my phone.

This is very frustrating! Thanks for the reply and I appreciate it. Here's my situation: Samsung HDTV - Intel Atom Processor x5-Z8300 (2.
