How much does the game Scriptic cost?

Do Scriptic crime stories have multiple endings?

Scriptic is a site that connects writers to readers, and also hosts the script sales service Dramatica.

It's a pretty huge deal.

But the site is only a couple of years old, and it's still kind of a baby. The Dramatica team has a bunch of really smart and clever people working for them, but they are still, comparatively, a small team.

So what I find interesting about their site is that, while they get lots of submissions, they're almost never looking to add more people to the team. They do have a job board, though, where they're looking for people who can write, and that's where I got my first work with them. But the truth is, this isn't a full-time job at all. Most Scriptic writers work as a hobby, part-time, and on a one-project-per-month basis.

And since I've been working for them, I've noticed that if someone is interested in a story, Scriptic tends to take that interest very seriously. They will sometimes ask for a second draft before they'll give someone an OK, even if the project seems perfectly fine to me.

They don't just ask for a second draft because they want to make sure their readers like it, either. The other thing I've noticed is that they will give you an OK after your first draft, but then you'll get back another draft, and another, and so on, and sometimes you never hear back, even though you've already said that the second draft is complete and ready to go.

And I'm not the only writer who's gotten multiple drafts, which I think is cool. It's really good to have that feedback, and it helps you learn how to write better, and to make your projects stronger. I've worked with other writers on other sites who might need a second or third, or even fourth, draft, just because their project had a really tough beginning.

And it makes me think that Scriptic writers aren't necessarily looking for work, because they're spending their time being super-critical to your work.

Is Scriptic crime stories free?

In response to a tweet from my pal and fellow writer, @Scriptic: Is scriptic's story-telling free?

I don't know if you've ever noticed, but it seems like stories are free on scriptic. I mean, you can go there and make a story about anyone, and anyone who buys your story gets to read it for free. You can also send it to anyone on scriptic and they'll get to read it for free. That seems kind of a good deal. I mean, it's not exactly a paywall, but it's also not completely free.

First, the first part of his question is easy: no, we're not free. We're part of the world's largest online creative community, where thousands of people are writing, reading and publishing every day. As such, we're bound by the rules of that community, including the Terms of Service, which includes these lines:

Scriptic reserves the right to reject any story, whether by a writer or reader. By submitting a story, you agree that we may use your story for marketing purposes, and that you have no expectation of compensation or that your story will be protected by copyright or any other intellectual property rights. We may share your story with third parties, as long as they agree to these conditions, and we are free to do so in any way we see fit. This is a very strong set of rules, and we take them very seriously. Our goal is to keep the community safe from abusive content and make sure that everyone has a good experience. But to get to that goal, we need to enforce these rules consistently. So we've made this very clear and it's something we do take very seriously.

We're also free, in the sense that we're free to run our business as we see fit, and because of that, we're very good at what we do. Some people think of us as free when they think of a place where writers can publish their work without cost, and that's definitely true, but the truth is that we've grown into something that is so much more than just a free site.
