How do I remove a school administrator from a Chromebook?

I have a brand new school-issued Chromebook and have already installed a few apps.

My admin doesn't know how to do anything with it, and I am trying to remove them. I've searched for the answer, but nothing is really working.

What should I do if the Chromebook I use at work won't connect? I'll assume this is a network/connection problem, because if it's the BIOS or anything else that's broken it's too late to boot into another operating system.
