Ellie Kemper stars as a struggling single mom struggling to make it in New York City. But that does not stop her from creating a new life for herself as she opens up a diner with her best friend. It's a series which perfectly captures the true essence of a certain type of 1980's woman.

Friends. One of the most loved TV shows of all time returns for a special Netflix revival. Although the entire cast had a number of different characters over its 12 year run, there was no one show better than Friends. The series has remained incredibly popular since its first airing and that makes this special Netflix show extremely relevant today.

BoJack Horseman. A great animated comedy following a washed up cartoon horse named BoJack. A narcissistic actor (BoJack) is stuck in an alternate dimension (the universe of Hollywood). His main enemies are his human counterparts - who make him look like a loser. His best friend Todd, the show's protagonist, makes a great attempt to cheer him up. Based on the creator Raphael Bob-Waksberg's critically acclaimed short-form comedy, the show quickly grew into a fully-fledged TV series.

Master of None. Based on comedian Aziz Ansari's semi-autobiographical experiences growing up in New York City. His character is a Modern Man who has to juggle a hectic NYC life with trying to build a career. He has a very hard time when it comes to social interactions and relationships, but is learning how to handle himself in his professional life.

What Netflix series should a 13 year old watch?

With 13 years of age, I'm starting to feel that I can now pick which shows I want to watch.

I know a lot of people would think 'oh my god, 13!', but when I was in the same position, all I wanted to watch was Game of Thrones and The Wire. It's the only thing I could think about, and as much as I love it, I can't spend another 5 years on it. I want to see what other things people are into these days, because I really want to broaden my horizons, and see what else is out there. So, what Netflix series should I start watching? Don't do it! Don't watch any shows before you're 18. There's a reason that you're only 13 and not 18 and it has nothing to do with you wanting to watch Game of Thrones and The Wire, it's because you don't have the life experience to make those decisions.

You need to be 18 for a reason. You're only 13 and already watching Game of Thrones and The Wire? You're a young kid who has only known about the internet, movies, and video games. You're only 13 and you've only been able to watch Game of Thrones and The Wire for like 3 years and you want to watch even more? You're a 13 year old kid.

What is a good series to watch as a family on Netflix?

I love watching all my favorite series together.

One night I want to be able to go over Netflix and watch a specific show at just the right time in my kids' bedtime routine. I want the little ones to be so relaxed they just fall asleep on the couch or in bed with me, but their little siblings want to snuggle up with me, too. That's the best way for us to spend time together.

We're looking for something we can all enjoy. Please, no cartoons and kids' shows. Please, please, no kids' shows! There are some really good series out there for grown ups like us. The question is how do we find them? I'm a bit of a couch potato. My kids want to lie around with me while we watch a few of our favorites. But, I'd also like to show them the importance of staying up late on those long nights when I need to finish watching a series.
