Will Mushoku Tensei have season 3?

We've finally reached the halfway point of a new year, and with it comes one of the first big reveals of season three.

As we know, the current season is currently airing in Japan, but we've not yet heard any word regarding an English language release. However, we do have a few announcements from Funimation regarding the release of titles like The Last: Naruto The Movie, Sword Art Online Alternative Gun Gale Online, and the Dragon Ball Super Blu-ray Collection.

Funimation revealed two upcoming shows for 2026. If you haven't seen it already, there was a recent announcement regarding the release of the Dragon Ball Super Blu-ray collection which features episodes 7-26 of the current season. These episodes are currently airing in Japan, and a dub will be airing across the country starting January 5th.

However, in the same announcement, Funimation also revealed they'll be releasing the home release of The Last: Naruto The Movie. This movie is going to be available in theaters in the U. Starting January 10th.

The release of these titles on DVD and Blu-ray are sure to be met with excitement, especially from fans that can't view the anime in their own homes. I'm looking forward to seeing the next chapter of these series after a long hiatus, but I'm equally excited to go into this new year knowing there's going to be at least two exciting titles to look forward to each week.
