Why is my data not working on my iPad?

I was working on my iPad and made the last save just before I took it into the back of a cab.

The app is just sitting at the home screen with the app icon but nothing else. When I open up Xcode I get the error, "no buildable files in the project". I don't get any warning that this could be a problem and I had no other problems uploading to iTunes. There are three files that are under a folder called "Pods". I don't know what any of these files do and I have never used a pods library before. Could anyone help me with this issue?

There is no "Pod" library anymore. If you haven't changed anything in your PodFile (you should have), you need to remove this Pods Folder.
