How do I access my Google Play movies?
In this tutorial, I explain how to find your Google Play movies on your phone and access them on your computer.
You can find your downloaded movies in your My Movies or Movies section on your Google Play app on your phone or tablet. If you cannot find the movie, use these tips to figure out where it is:
In the Movies section of the Play Store on your Android phone, search for the movie to find out if it has already been downloaded and added to your library on your Google account. If the movie has not yet been added to your library, click on the download link and wait for the movie to download. Once the movie downloads, tap on the movie to open it on your phone. If you are not able to see the movie on your phone, click the three dots on the top right of the screen and then select Show in app to have the movie available on your phone.
Once the movie has been added to your phone, go to Google Play on your computer and open the Movies section to find your movie. How do I delete a movie from my library? You can delete a movie from your library. To do so, follow these steps: Download the movie you want to delete from the Google Play Store to your phone. What has happened to Google Play movies?
Not long ago, the most popular app on Android was the Google Play Movies & TV app.
It's still very popular and is also the best at handling subscriptions, but it doesn't get updated much anymore. Now, the only version of the Google Play Movies & TV app that we have on Android is version 9.3.17.
What this means is that your Android device can't really be that great at playing movies and TV shows. Most of the features that we want from Google Play movies are missing, like Play All. I know the Google Play Movies & TV app is missing a lot of features because there is a lot of demand for them, but at the same time, there should be an update available, and we're not seeing one.
The Google Play Movies & TV app can actually be a bit of a pain to use. Not only does it lack features, but there's also a lot of things that don't work properly. For instance, it is not compatible with most TVs. It works great with Chromecast, though.
What happened to Google Play movies? It's not that Google Play movies aren't important anymore, it's just that they're being neglected. Hopefully, this is only temporary.
Google Play movies is a great app for all kinds of people. From those that want to rent a movie or watch a show, to those that want to watch a movie or a show on a big screen TV, to those that want to stream or download movies or TV shows, this is a great place to go for all of these things.
It's unfortunate that there isn't a Google Play Movies app that does all of these things. We get a lot of complaints from our readers about the apps that they use that are missing things.
One of the things that we get a lot of requests for is a way to download movies and TV shows to our devices. When were getting into this business, we would rent or buy every movie or TV show that we watched. Unfortunately, we couldn't download these movies and TV shows to our devices, and we didn't want to store all of these movies and TV shows on our devices.
The Google Play Movies & TV app, in particular, is great at handling subscriptions. It has a way to view what you've purchased, what you've rented and what you have yet to rent.
Can I still use Google Play movies?
Hi, I have a LG G3 that I've upgraded from Marshmallow to Nougat.
I'm having trouble getting Google Play movies on the phone to work. For instance, I bought the "Gravity" movie for my phone and downloaded it to my phone using my laptop. It's about 50% finished, and then it shows up in my home screen and in any Google Play movies screen, but when I tap play the movie freezes, and I hear a small click sound. When I check the progress bar it doesn't change at all until it's done playing, at which point it says '0 hours 30 minutes elapsed', then I can either close the app or watch it until the end. The same thing happens if I attempt to download the other movie mentioned above. I do not have an option to use a Chromecast on my G3 because that was introduced after the G3 was released. I do however have a Chromecast plugged into the TV on which Google Play Movies is running, so this problem wouldn't occur with my Chromecast. Can I get my apps and movies working using the Google Play movie option?
Re: ? Google Play Movies are only available on mobile platforms. In all probability what you've done is successfully transferred the movie file from your laptop to your phone or tablet. Your phone or tablet will play the movie but as soon as you begin playback your phone or tablet becomes aware that there is a network connection that isn't being used by the device. This results in the 'freezes'.
To confirm this I would simply try playback on your phone or tablet without having its WiFi turned on. You will most probably find that the movie does work as expected.
Thanks for responding again! I appreciate it. In my situation, I'm trying to watch a movie that's being streamed by Chromecast to my phone or tablet using google play movies. My phone and tablet haven't connected to a network outside of my home. The question is: can I tell Google play movies to watch the movie on my phone or tablet through my Chromecast? I've never had issues with Chromecast before. Thank you for your reply!
