How do I speak to someone at Sling TV?

If the issue is not resolved on the help forum, you'll need to speak to our Tech Support Department for additional support. How do I add or change a name or password? You must login into your My Account. Enter the username and password you set up in that first step, click the Add button next to the "Change Password" option (if you have forgotten your password) and then click the save option in the bottom of the window.
When you make a change to any information regarding your account, such as your login name, you'll be re-directed back to your My Account screen where the new username and/or password should have been saved. How do I change my payment options? If you've made multiple payments to your account, you must login into your My Account. Enter the username and password you set up in that first step, click the Pay option from the top navigation bar, select Change Method from the top menu option, select Pay Later (this will show the different paid date options available), then click the save button to save your changes. Please do note that while we are not able to change your payment methods, you are welcome to call to make alternate arrangements if you do not want to pay via credit card for now.
Once the payment method has been changed to Pay Later, we'll still prompt you to re-verify your payment method via either telephone or email. What is EPG? EPG stands for Electronic Programming Guide. It's what you see when you turn on your TV to find your current program guide. When you search for a show that's currently airing, your EPG or TV guide will usually show the channels airing the show and when it will be on. When you select a different channel to watch the current show, the EPG will automatically update itself to the channels airing the show.
How do I change my address? Log into your My Account. Enter your username and password and navigate to the Profile Options option on the left menu.

How is Sling billed?
Sling is an excellent choice if your data usage is high.
Sling also offers flexible packages that give you even more data. You can also buy prepaid data and add onto that.
The plan you choose will cover unlimited data and calling on both our mobile and fixed landline networks. What are my limits? Mobile data, texting and standard calls can be limited to specific amounts of data. The amount for each service is based on the location of the phone being used at the time (based on your plan). For example, in Sydney you would be able to access 2 Gb (up to 2Gb per month). If you use your phone outside of this area, or if you don't use any of the services you are using data at a lower rate. To get a more specific answer about your limits, you can text HISTORY HELP to 84435.
If you exceed your limit for the day, your phone automatically disconnects and your phone will not ring for up to 3 minutes before reconnecting. You will receive an SMS confirming when you'll be able to use your phone again.
How much data will I use? If you keep your phone active, you'll use anywhere from a few hundred to thousands of megabytes of data over the course of your subscription. On a very busy day, you can use anywhere from 10 to 60 MB per hour, depending on location and number of devices you're using at the time. Check out our Mobile Data FAQ to find out more.
If your phone does not work as expected it can often because you are using a lot of data. Sling uses data to connect you to our cell network. If your phone isn't receiving or sending data quickly enough for its performance to be acceptable you may find that your phone doesn't work correctly while connected. Try deleting unimportant apps to free up some memory and see if the performance improves. Otherwise, you can reset your phone by tapping on and then holding the home button for about three seconds.
When you use data, please consider your neighbours who might have an unexpected connection dropout while you use your phone. If your mobile data service doesn't work properly or fails at inconvenient times, please contact us to arrange a new data contract. Do I have to buy Sling at all?
