What is the default password for Asus router after reset?

My asus router with wan port changed to admin and I am the only one in my household who has access to its IP address on my network.

I would like to reset it so its no longer the administrator, just me. When I log into router by typing in IP address in a web browser and logging in it asks for the default password and I don't remember what that is. I have done lots of research online and it looks like there are quite a few different ways to do this, but I am stuck on which way to go.

If I type in "password" when it asks me for a password during reset it gives me an error that says there is a problem processing, otherwise it seems to run fine. One of the suggestions online was for the password in the IP configuration page, but I don't see a password in that IP configuration page. I typed "admin" in the "Administrator user name field," typed "password" in the "Default password field," and then tried "password" in the "Password" field, which also did not work and still gets stuck at "Username:" and "Password:" fields.

If I go to Device information, the Default password is blank and it has no password. In security, there is nothing set, even though there is an option to encrypt the router.

So any help on resetting my router would be greatly appreciated. When you set up the ASUS router, there is a choice for default password.
