Is Grace digital that service no longer available?

Yes, this service is being discontinued.

From October 30th 2024 we will not accept any new applications for the Grace Digital service. There will be no further email or phone updates and existing customer accounts will be deactivated automatically at that date.

Do I need to do anything now? As the service will cease from 30th October 2024, there is nothing that you will need to do. All of your personal details and payments are saved in our secure system, so they'll stay there until the service is discontinued.

When will I receive the latest version of Grace? We will update you by email and with a phone call, but because of the increase in the amount of information required on our updated version of the site, it will take us slightly longer than usual to provide you with a fully up-to-date version of the site. If you'd like to get an email reminder when it's time for you to update your information, then you can add your name and email address at the bottom of this page.

Where can I download the latest version of the Grace website? We'll send an email and make a phone call to let you know that the version of the website that you're running is outdated and you need to download the latest version. What if my old version doesn't work? If you have a problem with the current version, then we will advise you how to download the latest version and the instructions for doing so. Do I need to provide my credit card details? No, as long as you are using a PC and the internet connection is active, then you don't need to enter any of your payment details. I can't find where the payment has been made - how can I contact the company? Email us and we'll help you. I'm having problems accessing the site. You can contact us for help using our contact form or email us to support@gracedigital.com Can I speak to a company representative? We are happy to respond to queries within our business hours. The Grace Digital offices in the center of San Jose are located on West Julian Street.

You can also find us in beautiful and centrally located Milpitas, California.

Is Grace Digital open on weekends? Yes, we are available for our clients on weekends and holidays. We work 7-days a week to help you get what you need. Contact us at contact@gracedigital.com and we will see if we can do your project for you this weekend.

How much does it cost to design a website? The total cost for design and build your website will vary based on how far along your process is and your options (we will discuss all those factors with you when we're doing your project). In any event, you will receive a quote as part of the estimate process of our project completion so that we know exactly how much your total project costs and so that you're informed about the total overall cost.

When will I see my website live? Most projects will be completed and launched during one of our regular business hours. If there are any delays with our workflow or with your project due to other competing deadlines, we will let you know. But no matter when your website launches and becomes live, you will be able to log into your site and see the content live for no additional fee!

Will I have to download software? We provide a platform-agnostic webhosting experience to all our clients but of course we recommend you host your own domain name and website elsewhere. However if you'd like us to manage your domain and host your website for you, there's no additional cost. This is our website hosting solution.

We know exactly how important a good looking domain name can be so we always make sure that it appears in a professional manner. To start the process just tell us how you want your domain name to appear. If you are not able to select it yet or it is not ready for release, that is fine.
