How to connect bluetooth to Grace Digital?

I am trying to connect my bluetooth headphones to my phone.

I have a Grace Digital and the bluetooth function on the phone is not working. I can connect to my TV but not my phone. I have done a lot of research and cant find a clear answer. Please help.

Here are the steps that I took to make it work: I go into Settings -> Bluetooth & Other Devices -> Enable Bluetooth. Connect my headphones. Go into Settings -> Bluetooth & Other Devices -> Add New Device -> Bluetooth Headset. Select the headphon I want to connect and click OK. This brings up an error dialog, saying that there was an error connecting the device. The error message is something like "USB service: cannot start the service". This occurs because I have this service running on my computer and it's not able to run.

Try to exit this error dialog and hit OK. In the device manager, there are a few errors. One of them is "The system cannot find the file specified". If I try to run the same usb service, it says the usb device cannot start.

Click OK and exit the device manager. Go back to the settings, and I see the headphones in the list. I am currently using Windows 10. Is this the same issue? Do I need to install a driver or something? If you can get a bluetooth adapter that works with your PC, you should be able to connect the headphones to it. Also, I am curious how this is connected to the Grace Digital. Are you using the bluetooth connection to power the Grace Digital or vice versa?

Thanks for the help. I tried to connect my headphones to my computer, and it worked fine. However, I couldnt connect it to my phone, even though it was in pairing mode. I am using a Samsung galaxy S4.

The problem I am having is that the bluetooth function on my phone (S4) is not working, and I cant seem to find a solution. When I look up the bluetooth function on my phone, it says that it is turned off. When I look up the bluetooth function on the headphones, it says that it is turned on.

Can someone please help me?
