What if you forget your credentials for the Azure Portal and your Azure Active Directory account? After changing your password, if you want to log into your organization accounts or apps for that, you need to ask the admin to do that by using Invite me option.
Once you click on Invite me option, you will get a prompt to enter your credentials. Why is this important? Password reset is easy and efficient way to recover your account without waiting for the admin approval of password reset requests. You will be given a link to the reset page after resetting the password.
But in some cases, this method would work fine but there are some scenarios where there is a problem with the reset process. This blog post will tell you a scenario when resetting the password is not working. But I will also tell you how you can fix it.
