Why is Cloudflare not letting me in?

After getting an error from the gateway, I went to Cloudflare (to be extra secure) and went here, to the DNS tab: . To prove that I could access www.cloudwally.com from a location where I shouldn't be able to, I typed in www.facebook.com into my browser, and got an error, and the reason was that facebook had setup a Cloudflare CAA challenge - which is fine, you should block Facebook anyways because it's dangerous!

So the trick was to use Cloudflare as my DNS provider instead of opendns, and just type in the address of my actual site into the Cloudflare DNS searchbox. (You can leave OpenDNS out of this.) And voila, cloudwally.com was immediately visible in my browser.

I know you can't do any evil with open DNS servers, but the fact that Cloudflare doesn't show a warning if your CAA record changes makes me feel better! Even without having any kind of Cloudflare VPN service on this computer, my only connection to the outside internet (except for the proxy, which is only accessed when I enter an IP address on a website which has an SSL error). Since I was able to bypass Cloudflare's DNS blocking on this occasion, I think it should be fine if I do this on every computer I have a key on unless there's a new update and they block Cloudflare, then all bets are off! For now, I still need the VPN for browsing!
