You can access the top execs, their team data and leadership stats (by year since CEO hire). Here's how it works:
Login. Enter your work email address or use your email address that you've linked to with your other LinkedIn accounts. Click into the search engine. Type in your search term, like Company Name or C-Suite Executive. Press return. You will now see companies that match your query. The majority of the companies Glassdoor has listed are publicly traded firms, but companies in the IT space like NetApp, Dell and Symantec make an appearance in their site, too. This is useful for tracking leadership trends when you're trying to decide if an IT firm would be a good fit for your company.
Can I buy and sell my Glassdoor profile? No. You can't buy or sell your profile. That would be against Glassdoor's terms of service and their agreement with LinkedIn. If you'd like to change your profile from LinkedIn, that is also against the terms of service and you'd have to request to remove it from LinkedIn first.
Is there a way to export my profile to LinkedIn? When you sign up with LinkedIn, you may choose the add to LinkedIn button instead of an email sign up. That will add all your contacts to LinkedIn. Those people who aren't on LinkedIn can add your company details to their LinkedIn profile from Glassdoor if they click the add button at the bottom of the company's listing. It's a one-way sync that mirrors what you already have.
