How do I permanently turn off these annoying web push notifications?

If you are new to my blog, or new to web push notifications and they are very annoying, you may be looking for a way to turn them off forever.

I want to share what I know with you so that you can make the most informed decisions about your online life.

Most people who get the push notifications do not know how to turn them off. I think I get them because of my previous jobs. My first job was as an administrator in a hospital and I was trained on how to use the patient computers. A patient would come in and I would have to install new software or repair their computer if it was broken. I would receive push notifications on their machines telling me that they needed to change the password and that their printer had been replaced. We would talk to the patients and they would think that were spying on them or something. It turned out that the patients knew about this practice because they knew that the hospital was trying to help them. The hospital would ask the patients for permission to use their computers, but if the patients did not give permission, then we could only use the computers to print a report for their doctor.

Another job that I had in the past was as an IT admin at a small factory. The customers would leave orders for the products that they wanted to be manufactured. The employees would read the orders and follow the instructions. These employees would also receive push notifications on their phones telling them that there were new orders and that their products were in the warehouse. I could not figure out how to turn off these notifications and the boss would not tell me. He would just keep saying I will figure it out.

The best way to get rid of the push notifications is to do nothing about them. I am currently working on a business plan and the internet is going to be one of the challenges that I will be addressing. This means that if I sign up for an email list that I will have to remember to do something in my business plan. I don't want to get distracted by emails and I don't want to be interrupted by push notifications telling me that I have a message waiting for me. I just want to make my business plan and then go on to the next thing in my life.

I also want to use social media to reach more people in the future.
