How do I make a 5-star Google review?
I'm a real estate agent and I use Google reviews to show potential clients how wonderful I am.
Here's the problem, I rarely get 5-star reviews and am not sure how to make more. Any suggestions on how to make more reviews?
The problem is not necessarily in getting 5-star reviews, but in getting people to read them. In order to have 5-star reviews, someone has to leave a review. It's not as easy as just leaving a review.
Here's the catch 22 for you. You ask the people you know and trust to leave a review, but if they don't, it's not a real review. If you ask random people you don't know and don't trust, they won't read it anyway.
If you ask your friends and family, then you've limited the pool to people who will be motivated to leave a review. But if you ask strangers, they're not going to read it.
This means that you'll have to build a reputation among strangers, and to do that, you have to build the trust of strangers. That's not easy.
How do I know that these reviews are real? Do I have to go to the person's house or something? How do I know that this review is legitimate and the person who wrote it didn't just write it? That's the rub. There is no way to know. The person writing the review can't tell you, so you have to rely on the legitimacy of the review.
You have to trust them. The best way to build the trust of strangers is to help people and make them happy. I would guess that most people, when they have a problem, would rather talk to someone they know than someone they don't know.
That means that you have to be trustworthy. So how do you build the trust of strangers? Well, one way is to help people and make them happy. That means you have to be kind, thoughtful, and helpful.
If you try to convince people to give you a positive review by being nice, they'll think that you're being sneaky and try to trick them. If you try to convince people to give you a negative review by being mean, they'll think that you're a slime and try to get their friends to post a negative review about you.
This means that you need to be honest.
Can Google detect fake review?
This question is related to this one: Google not finding any review of my company.
but it's a bit more complex. I have a company that got a lot of fake reviews but Google doesn't show them, while a. Competitor has gotten legitimate reviews and it shows them. We tried changing the meta tag names and descriptions and so on. Some info: we're a website with a lot of visitors. We had over 25,000 registered customers for our company.
We've made changes in the Google Webmaster Tools: we lowered the ranking of the "fake" pages and increased the ranking of the "legitimate" pages. Now, the competitor has gotten legitimate reviews and they show up in Google. We don't understand why we get no reviews in Google and our site has only 1 star rating. It is probably because your page is not relevant to users searching for businesses. You should check the site: operator in order to see if they are relevant for a wider range of keywords.

You can view our privacy policy at any time at We've seen five key lessons come from last week's news that Google is making it easier to leave a star rating on Google Business listing. This week's lessons are: A user rating affects your ranking not your competition. Google isn't taking away your ability to influence how high your listing appears in organic search, they're just doing it a little bit differently. These results show how important reviews are when it comes to rankings. These results show that Google Business Listing reviews are an effective way to get traffic to your site. These results show that Google reviews help local business rank for terms that could be important to their business, such as their hours of operation and address. We've seen three critical trends emerging as a result of the change: Google reviews will continue to drive organic traffic because Google Business listings now have the same effect as organic listings (which only require a few stars). As a result of Google reviews' growing influence, it's important to optimize for the number of reviews you have. It's clear from data on the web that low rankings have fewer reviews. As a result of this, having a Google listing with more reviews is an advantage.
We're seeing this happen already - people are taking advantage of Google reviews to improve their local rankings.
