For the past year or so I've been using my school management software (Teacher Mode) on my Chromebook. I've enjoyed having a one-stop shop for grades, attendance, assignments, report cards and test scores.

I like having an app for everything, especially when my school uses Google Apps. How to remove enterprise enrollment on Chromebook when developer mode is blocked?

I have a Lenovo Chromebook C7.

One of my employee is unable to get developer mode activated for Chrome browser. He has tried to enable developer mode using the steps on this site but can not get it work. When I try to activate it by clicking on "enable developer mode" I get an error message saying that enterprise enrollment is enabled and that there is not permission to enter developer mode. But when I look into the security settings under chrome://settings/, there are no enterprise enrollment options. My employer is using Windows and I can easily enter developer mode. I cannot enter developer mode in my employee's chromebook, but it does not show up under the security setting for chrome, so I have to ask if there is any other way that my employee can get into developer mode?

How do I powerwash my Chromebook Enterprise enrollment?

You can powerwash your device by connecting it to your system with the charger you received when you ordered your Chromebook.

Click the Chromebook button in the top right corner, then click the "Powerwash" link. It is not possible to powerwash a non-enterprise enrollment device, such as a laptop. If your device has the "powered by Google" label on it, but you cannot powerwash it, there are two reasons: You signed into the Chromebook device before connecting it to your system, but it was unable to obtain a Wi-Fi connection at that time. The operating system is already powered down, and you cannot power up the device.
