How do I know if AdGuard DNS is working?

I have a VPS on Hetzner, but it is not my server. I have installed the Free version of AdGuard DNS and set up their DNS servers as their DNS servers. I added a new website to my Hetzner hosting account. The website is hosted at my IP address. I have added the following domain names to the AdGuard DNS:

What I want to know is how I can verify that AdGuard DNS is working. I think the reason you are asking this question is because your IP address changed after adding the domains to AdGuard DNS. That's not a problem because you can change your IP address and AdGuard DNS will work without a problem.

The problem is that I do not know how to check that it is working. I'm not the only one who has experienced this problem. It seems that AdGuard DNS is a very good product, but I need a way to check that it is working properly.
