You have three days after delivery of your phone before you can be approved for an iPhone 4S.

Three days after delivery is not even the day the first one will ship. This makes absolutely no sense and is yet another reason to buy from the Apple store.

Well, I just talked to an Apple technical rep yesterday who said when the iPhone 5S comes out it will say it will ship 3 days from the day it is ordered. He also told me that if the phone is not approved or arrives with a problem Apple will call you immediately with the bad news.

How do I verify my Apple ID if I can't receive my verification code?

I've never had a reason to verify my apple id, but now I can't receive the code and I'd like to make sure that it is valid before getting a replacement iPhone.

In the past I would call apple support to verify my id, but since there is an ongoing outage, I can't get verification done over the phone.

As another user has reported on Reddit, you can verify an active account without receiving verification codes from any other source. You can verify it directly from On iOS devices, open this URL in Safari and press "Verify ID". Enter your email address there and click verify to finish it.

I have an iPhone 6 and when I try to sign in to my Apple ID with the email address and password I was provided, it keeps telling me that I have an unverified phone number. I tried to go to this website to verify my phone number. The website won't accept my number. It tells me that I need to change my number before I can go to the site. I have called Apple and they said that I need to have my number verified on the website and I don't know how to do that.
