Does Google Drive have an audio player?

What is the music app that connects to Google Drive?

So I'm a musician and a singer, and a lot of our music is recorded on Google Drive.

I wanted to be able to keep my songs, so I figured I'd make a playlist. I went through all the usual channels - iTunes, Spotify - and those don't work with Google Drive. Then I remembered a song that someone made for my band called "Google Drive", and I thought that sounded funny, so I made an app out of it. Now it's really fun.

When I was looking for songs, I noticed a lot of the suggestions were in this format: the name of the artist, the name of the album, the name of the song, and also the name of the composer. That's weird. Why does it think the composer of the song is the author of the album?

I looked in my iTunes library, and the composer info is there, but it's not the correct name. I thought maybe it just means that's the name of the person who writes the music; maybe it's kind of like the record label. So I took a song, I Googled the author and composer and got the names, then I put them into iTunes. The names didn't show up correctly, so I found a YouTube video and watched it, and sure enough, the composer name was the wrong person. It's really weird.

In the same vein, I started writing the album that I was making. I recorded myself playing, but then when I go to turn that into an album, it says, "Oh, I think this is a cover song, you should probably make it your own." What the heck is that about?

This is the most confusing. For example, my song "You Can't Stop The Future" is by me, and it's a cover of a song that was written by my friend. But now it says that I can't use this song because it's a cover of a different song. And that's my song that I made the whole album for! How do I get out of that, and how do I record a cover song for this album if it already says that I can't record it?

There are just a ton of little things that I've tried to fix, but they just keep breaking. I haven't been doing much since I last spoke to you.

Does Google have a music player for Android?

I can't find one

If it does, how do you use it?

Are there any apps like iTunes? I don't like the Google Music Player for iOS, but I'd like to be able to listen to music when I'm not at my computer. It seems like the only way to do that is by buying music from Google Play, and it would be nice to be able to play music on my phone when I'm not at my computer. Is there a way to do this with Google Music?

The problem is that you can't buy songs from Google Play on an Android phone. You have to buy them on your computer and transfer them over via WiFi.

So far, I've found the Music app in the Android Market does not work with playlists or any sort of radio feature. It's mostly for viewing/listening to individual songs, though. I can't find a way to play a playlist or radio station through the Android Market.

If I can't find a music player that works like iTunes on Android, I'll have to buy music through Google Play on my computer and transfer it to my phone via WiFi.e. ITunes music is available on android phones via google play. If you're looking for a decent music player for Android then I highly recommend the following: Google Music for Android (Android Market) - The first thing I did when I got an Android was to get the Google Music app. It syncs with your Google account and lets you access your music stored in the cloud. You can add your own music to Google Music and it will sync your music with your Google account. Google Music is free.

Google Music for iOS (App Store) - If you're an iPhone user then you may want to download this app to your iPad as well. It's free.

Google Play Music for Android (Android Market) - Similar to the Google Music app, except it's for Android. It will allow you to access your music stored in the cloud. You can add your own music to Google Play Music and it will sync your music with your Google account. Google Play Music is free.

I bought my HTC Incredible S for the purpose of using Google Play Music, but after 3 weeks of ownership, I decided it was not worth it.
