How do I cancel my Sling account?
When you create a Sling account, you can only cancel it once.
We ask that you don't cancel your subscription before your package runs out. If you are unable to cancel your account within the time-period that you signed up for, you'll have the option to purchase a Sling OTT device when you run out of the paid service. There is no way to change your username from the website, only by contacting Roku. However, you can change your username if you're running a Roku OS version older than 4.0.3.

Can I edit my personal profile information? No. The information you provide in your personal profile is private and is not accessible by Roku employees. If you are thinking about changing the information you provide, such as your postal address or telephone number, we suggest that you instead change the contact information on your account through the contact information link in the My Account section.
If your Roku account is active and your username is not listed, please enter the last 4 digits of your social security number and click the Verify My SSN button to complete the registration process. Alternatively, you can call Roku support at 1-855-788-1233 and select option 7 to be transferred to the correct support team.

Does anyone know of any sort of contract that is available for Sling (for a non-profit) so that we can use it for our research? If not, I think I'll have to use it for free for now (not ideal, but probably what's available), until I can pay for something. I would like to have a contract for it, and be able to pay for this type of research on it. I'd like to be able to share the data, and use it for future research, without any issues.

However, it covers only the use of our equipment and time at our site in the UK. We have had to use our own equipment and time to collect some data for an academic paper, but we had to pay for the costs ourselves. However, that was because we needed to do a full survey of our site which was a bit more extensive than a single video clip of a few minutes. Does anyone know of any sort of contract for Sling (for a non-profit) so that we can use it for our research?
