I don't know exactly what you mean by "devices connected to hotspot", but I'm assuming you have a phone that receives IP addresses through a shared access point. And your computer may connect to the device over wifi, or may be bluetooth-enabled.

To find a device that is connected to a hotspot, you would have to first turn on your smartphone, then go to Settings -> Network Settings -> Hotspot (if your phone is not already set up for hotspot) and check the list of hotspots. For a phone, it would just show 1 device under "Auto" - that one is always connected to hotspot (assuming the AP can support it).
