When you rent a movie on Amazon Prime How many times can you watch it?
That's the biggest question.
And the one that's been bothering me since Amazon dropped its unlimited streaming Prime membership earlier this year. Now that the unlimited offering is gone, I have to admit, I'm a little worried about what happens to my movies when I want to watch them on a plane or a weekend. Do they expire? Is there a limit to how many times you can watch a movie on Amazon Prime? Do you get charged a price for each additional viewing?
I called Amazon for answers. It turns out, the company doesn't want to do anything to mess with your movie viewing habits and spoil the surprise when your viewing window opens up again in the spring.

So, why does Amazon limit Prime members to 24 simultaneous viewings of their movies and TV shows? I understand why they don't want to mess with your movie viewing habits, but they're not making their best effort at that, said Gaurav Srivastava, an analyst at Global Equities Research, who noted that there's no reason to worry about watching Netflix and Amazon Prime at the same time. Amazon has only limited the number of times you can view a single movie or TV show at the same time.

When you rent a movie on Amazon can you watch it without WIFI?
I have seen many people say you can watch the movies on Amazon without the wifi.
I did this and still had a bad experience. First I was charged for the movie then when I downloaded it I had to go back to the app store and download an update. It finally showed up. Now the issue is that I was able to watch the movie but if I was watching it and closed the app it wouldn't continue to play. How can I watch the movies without wifi?
I am currently experiencing the same problem as you. I know I paid for the movie and it's been downloaded, but I can't get it to play. I went to the app store and installed the update, but it never plays. Does anyone know how to fix it?
I also have the same problem. I ordered the movie from Amazon yesterday but it didn't show up in my app list until today. And then when I finally did get it, it didn't work without Wifi.e. So now I am waiting for it to finish downloading. If anyone has any ideas how to fix this I would really appreciate it.
