How do I stop notifications from websites on my Samsung Internet?

Why do I keep getting notifications from a website?

One of my Google Reader feeds, Feedburner, is sending me email alerts every time it receives a new entry.

Why? I never signed up for that, and there's no one in my contact list who has a relationship with that site.

Update: The link above shows my feed reader is sending me email alerts about this. I'm not going to remove the feed from Google Reader (and I don't know what's actually going on behind the scenes). But it's not the first time this has happened -- it seems to have started yesterday.

In fact, I'm getting three alerts every day now, even though there are no entries in the feed. Maybe Google Reader has changed something? I keep reading and getting bored, so I'm not going to delete any feeds. If you want to remove the feeds I've got you covered.
