Why is my Disney droid not moving?
I have a Disney droid 2.
I have set the droid to go off every half hour. It will go off for 1 minute then stop. I have programmed it to "play" with my kids and it will go off. However it will not go off every half hour. I set the timer back and forth.
The only thing that I can think of is that it might be on low battery. Tell us some more! Hi,The reason for the Droid to not be turning on may because you are not having any power left for it to turn on. It may have been sitting in its sleep mode for some time and now that it is getting low on battery power, it won't turn on. To find out, you will need to plug your Droid into a charger that will provide about 1 amp (for one hour). If it turns on, your power is fine. If it does not turn on, then there is a problem with your battery. After the charging period, you will know if your battery is good or bad. You can either replace the battery or try to revive it by powering it on and then using the power off button. After a while, you should be able to get it to turn on again. If you are not having any luck with this, you can also take it to a mobile repair shop or a computer repair shop. They may be able to help you.

How do I pair my droid remote?
I have a standard Motorola remote, model number MMC-R3E, which comes with the droid phone.
I have the usb dongle but don't know where to get a matching battery and transmitter. The model # on the usb dongle matches the transmitter model # in my original instruction booklet for the remote, but the phone is an HTC G2 (HTC Hero) with Android 2.1. I would like to use the existing remote, rather than buying a new one that matches the droid.
I've had this problem before so I know what to do with a Motorola Q Remote. If you open the bottom of the handset and look in the back, there should be two screw hole that match the two screw holes that hold the battery in your remote. That's all you need for pairing. You can find a lot of information on how to do this at .

How do I wake up my Droid Depot droid?
I have a few other friends who might need to do the same thing if we need to do it for them.
I can't seem to locate the power button or the sleep/wake button in the case. The phone is in my car with my keys on it so that helps. It is on airplane mode and has Wi-Fi turned off. I have an extra battery in the phone.
I want to be able to charge my Droid Depot droid with my laptop and not have it die or have the screen turn off while charging. Is there a way to make the phone charge when the laptop is plugged in? Hi! As a Droid Depot (a. A Verizon Wireless Customer Service Representative) you can set the time on the phone or set it to "charge during specified hours" - when you press "power" it will automatically wake up and start charging. You can also set a time when the phone will automatically go back to sleep and stop charging if the charger is removed.
So, if you're in airplane mode, it won't charge unless someone else turns on the charger. We're pretty much the only ones I know of that have this problem. It's a very well known problem. Well, if it's the only one, I'm going to be annoyed with you guys. I really do have a problem with this. It takes me 20 minutes to charge the battery once I get it to sleep mode and if I'm doing anything else it dies in 10 minutes. I want to know how to solve this problem.
The only problem is that the screen goes blank when I go to sleep or turn the charger off while it is plugged in. Thanks for the info.
