How do I pair my Star Wars droid?
I got a little droid that is really awesome and I love it but my husband is going crazy over it, he wants to know how I pair it to my phone and it is bluetooth. Can you tell me how to do it? Answers: Yes, you can pair your droid to your Android Phone by going to Settings > Bluetooth & Wi-Fi > Devices and then select the Droid from the list of devices that you have available. Once the connection is made between the two devices you will see a lock icon next to the droid. You can then start playing with your droid right away. There is a good tutorial on using your droid with the Android phone at droidconnect.
I have an iRobot Roomba 860. I put a new battery in it and turned it on. It was running fine and then it started making a terrible noise like a buzzing sound that did not stop. It has the white wheel with a red light on the front. What can I do?
The white wheel on the front of your robot does indicate that the brush is no longer engaged. This means that the brush is not engaged and can cause vibration and noises. Try turning the brush off and try restarting your robot. If this does not work, there is an option to re-set your robot to turn off when the lid closes. Check your user manual or contact iRobot for more information.
How do I connect my blackberry to the internet. Its not coming up when I turn it on. It just says no service. I want to download some apps and im not sure how to do it?
Go to settings, then scroll down and select wireless. Now click on the menu that has a blue circle and circle with line through it. Select your network and you should be good to go. If you get any issues try going back to the main menu and selecting wireless options and make sure it is enabled.
I'm having problems with one of my iRobot Roombas. I can power it on, but it is making a loud buzzing sound while it is in cleaning mode and then goes silent. It seems like the unit is trying to get into cleaning mode, but it can't. Do you have any suggestions?
Do Droid Depot droids interact with each other at home?
I work at a small town car repair shop that's very well known in our area.
We have just received our first shipment of used 2023's in the last two days. The droid depot in our area is just now getting them, but they still have quite a few of 2023's. The reason for their lack of delivery is because most people in the area own a few used 2023's. It took 6 weeks to get our first batch of used 2023's. I haven't seen any other droid Depot owners around. When I was on the forums I saw others complain about the slow times, but not for as long. Are Droid Depot droids all owned by the same person, or is it possible for two droid Depot's to compete with each other? I see the same thing in other forums for HTC and iPhone, and I also see posts from people who want to buy used Droid's from the Droid Depot. I'm just wondering how often the owners of the Droid Depot are all working together.
Droid depot? are we on the same planet? Droid Depot has never had anything to do with the droid you mention. Theres no competition with the droid depot as droid depot does not sell droid's, they buy them and offer them to you on trade if you are a paying customer. Its the droid depot's fault that your experience was slow, they should be ashamed. A droid depot buys only one droid to begin with and that has to be sent to an end user. So when you go buy your droid it takes six months to arrive. If youre looking for used droid's the droid depot has more than what you might imagine, im guessing its somewhere in the 20s at least.
I have talked to 2 different droid depot owners about this situation. Droid depot is not owned by 1 single person, there are several owners in the area. There is no problem between them. I dont think it would ever happen. The owner has more than enough used items. It would take a really long time for a second droid depot to open, and im not convinced anyone would ever do it unless they were trying to up price.
Dude. The droid depot in my area sells the exact same thing they have been doing since it started. Buying a phone from a carrier and selling it. When the droid depot guy gets a box he opens it and sells it. He doesn't get anything for it other than the profit.
How do I pair my droid to my phone?
I've got my original 2gb version of the droid.
It's black and silver and has this logo on the side. I've got my original Samsung phone (yes I'm from the 80's). Can you pair these together? The droid won't even come on when I pick up my phone it just beeps once and goes back to sleep. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks, Jodi in the BORG
If this problem persists, try removing the battery and power on the phone. This will allow for the OS to re-load, and perhaps correct the issue. Once back up and running, insert the sim card of the new device into the other, and hopefully the issue will be resolved, or may get better.
If it didn't work, don't loose hope that a solution does exist, however, keep trying for answers until there is no other way. Hi friends can you tell me how I can use a sim card if it have been stolen
Do the new sim card get activated with the existing sim card that I put in it? pls tell me because I need to use it. Hi jodee. I hope this is your real name because my friends call me Jodee. :) Thank you for contacting AT&T Support. The SIM cards don't replace the old one, they need to be entered in to a device in order to use the device/account. It doesn't replace the SIM card, it puts an entry in the database, with your unique number so that you can have service at the AT&T website and place calls. So, what I mean is that it is not replaced by the new one. Just to be sure, I'll explain again. It is the SIM that lets your service work, not the phone you're using.
When you buy a phone contract, the phone comes with a "SIM" (subscriber identification module) which lets the phone work, but isn't a replacement for the phone you have. You don't replace it when you switch phones.
Let me know if you need any further clarification. Please contact us again if we've been unable to answer your questions.
We can't guarantee a solution on anything we do or say here.
How do I connect my r2d2 to the app?
My father has a r2d2, and he's always asked me about connecting it to my smartphone so that he can use it as a remote control.
I have no idea how to do this. I've tried to research online, but have only come across instructions on connecting the droid to a remote control, not a smartphone. Please help.
You can't really connect your phone to the R2D2 because the droid is using bluetooth and the app to control the droid is in android which uses the WiFi system. However, you can set up the droid to act as a robot for your phone, and that's what you would want to do if you want to use your phone as a remote control. It can be set up to play music, display a picture slideshow, open apps, play videos, etc.
You can download the app from the Google play store, and then follow these instructions: 1) Open the droid app, tap on the bluetooth icon, and make sure the droid is paired with the phone. 2) Tap on the app tab, and find the icon for the droid app. 3) Tap on the robot icon, and it will ask you to allow it access to your device. Allow it access.
4) Once the droid has access to your phone, it will ask you to select a robot mode. 5) If you choose camera mode, you can then take pictures and videos by tapping on the camera icon on the droid app. 6) If you choose music mode, you can listen to music from the droid app, and pause/play it by tapping on the music icon on the droid app. 7) If you choose photo mode, you can view photos from your phone by tapping on the photo icon on the droid app. 8) If you choose video mode, you can view videos from your phone by tapping on the video icon on the droid app. 9) If you choose note mode, you can open notes on your phone and write on them by tapping on the note icon on the droid app.
