Why is Netflix not working on my iPhone?
I'm very new to iOS devices. As a result, I haven't been able to make use of the new streaming service because of this problem. On my iPhone, when I try to connect to Netflix, I get a message that states "Your account is still registered with an old Apple ID." I created this ID in preparation for the release of the iPad Mini and have no intentions of moving it from my old account, nor do I have any intention of sharing it with someone else.
I can access my other accounts, such as Facebook and Gmail with no problems. For some reason, it will only work one of them, and not on Netflix. I've searched around, but I haven't found anything to fix this problem yet.
This has been a great phone purchase so far, but I'd hate to see it go to waste because I can't use this great app anymore. Any help is appreciated! According to this Ars Technica article (which is a pretty long article, so it may contain all the details): The first version of the Netflix iPhone app. required you to give it your password. which meant the company's server. couldn't validate your identity. "We've found that for about 10% of our. users," Netflix wrote on a blog post. explaining the authentication change. "that the first version of the Netflix. app was unable to be connected to. their Netflix service because they. didn't have an Apple ID associated. with their device." Users who had previously used a. method of authenticating without a. password--as described in the. app's Terms of Use--would be. unaffected. So, if you're one of the unlucky people whose first version of the Netflix app didn't work, then you will need to remove that first version and reinstall the latest version. Hopefully, they fix that authentication problem too.
I think you have to sign out of the Netflix app, then sign back in under your preferred Apple ID.

Why will Netflix work on my phone but not my TV?
Last year we reported that Netflix has a big problem. The company had created a number of apps for iOS and Android and none of them work with Chromecast. If you live in the US and use an Apple TV or Xbox One, Netflix is available right from those devices, but if you're using any of the above mentioned Android and iOS apps, you're out of luck. Why? We'll get to that.
You don't have to be a tech-savvy adult to understand that the problem is the Netflix app for phones. To watch TV on a phone requires a screen, and most people don't watch TV on their phones. Netflix's official response is that they have no problem with the app and that it works on phones because some of the people who develop the app are Android and iOS developers. This might be true. But as we all know, there's more to it than that.
We've spent time trying to figure out why Netflix doesn't work with Chromecast. There are lots of possible reasons, but one of them is that Netflix supports streaming video to your TV over your home network. You can use this feature with your wireless router or your modem-router (as long as it has wireless Internet). But if your TV is in a different room from your phone, then that's a little difficult. If you were to stream video from your phone to Chromecast, you'd need to use a phone that can wirelessly connect to your router or your modem-router, like Verizon's own Motorola Moto X. And that's not going to happen.
Why isn't Netflix working with Chromecast? What do we have so far? If you've tried watching Netflix videos on your Chromecast, you've probably been frustrated by an error message or you can't even find the Chromecast app on your phone. The Netflix Chromecast problem is pretty simple and I'm glad to report that we're getting closer to a solution. We have discovered that the Chromecast is just waiting for instructions.
Let's say you're sitting in the living room, watching TV and you want to watch a video that's stored on Netflix. How do you get that video to your Chromecast? According to our research, you need to go to the Internet menu on your smartphone and navigate to the "Browse My Network" tab.
Why Netflix is not working on Wi-Fi but working on mobile data?
When Netflix was launched, it was a good thing for me as I have a 3G connection but I was struggling to download any of the content. I know that my ISP was not having any issue in downloading the Netflix from the web.
After a lot of efforts and with the help of other users, I was able to download the content. But later on, I started facing issues while downloading the content from Netflix. The problem is, it was not downloading any of the content. When I used mobile data, it worked fine but when I tried to download from Wi-Fi, it did not work.
I called to the customer care but there was no solution. They said that I would be able to download from Wi-Fi only if my internet speed is not high and in case of high internet speed then it will only work on mobile data.
I contacted many forums and people and they said that this kind of problem happens because of the poor internet speed in our country. So I contacted to the Netflix team and they told that it will only work in case of slow internet speed.
So can someone tell me why this kind of problem is happening and what is the real solution for this. Is there anything I am doing wrong? I have read that when we use Wi-Fi with the data network, it can be the reason of it. I am using the data network with Wi-Fi but I don't have any clue about that.
I have been searching for a solution to this problem and I did not get any solution. Please tell me what is wrong with my connection or give me some ideas.
There are many other users who are facing this kind of problem and I don't want them to download the content from their ISP connection as it is not a good idea. I don't have any option to buy data connection for downloading the Netflix content from the web. Also it is not possible for me to buy the data connection from the ISP as my monthly budget is not enough to buy it.
I have also checked the connection details but I found nothing wrong. I just don't know what is wrong in this.
What is the solution of this problem?
