Can Aloha VPN be tracked?

What country is Aloha browser from?

I have been getting the following error, and I was wondering which country is Aloha from.

The "Country Code" field in the "Settings" tab for your web browser must match the country code you entered into the Aloha account settings. Please contact the Aloha Support Team if you are experiencing any problems with your Aloha account.

Do you have any suggestions on how to solve this problem? I have read through the FAQs, but have not found a solution for me yet. I am using Aloha 3.0 on Windows 7. The "Country Code" field in the "Settings" tab for my web browser must match the country code I entered into the Aloha account settings. I have entered the following country code in my "Country Code" field: US. When I click on "Save", it tells me that the value was not valid. I have tried entering other country codes such as: US, CA, UK, etc. And I am always presented with the same message. I am currently using the "US" and "CA" as a test.

I have tried to reset the Aloha settings, but I get the following message: A network error occurred during your login. Please try again.

Aloha is now updating. Please wait while your Aloha account updates. If the problem persists, please contact Aloha Support.

If you still have trouble, we would appreciate you providing more information about your connection and/or any possible errors you might be experiencing. You should be able to get your country code from your browser's help menu or from the bottom of the page, under the heading "About Aloha". If you get a different country code from that, or can't get any help from the help menu, it may be worth trying a different browser. I just tried with Firefox, and it worked fine for me. You may try that as a last resort.

It's also a good place to get answers if you're new to email or need info on using a computer to send or receive emails. Also, their forums feature many useful chats.

How do I talk with someone on Aloha? There's a good explanation of how to call on Aloha from the US here. There are also general details about using both the phone and email on Aloha. In addition, the alohacall@alohadirect.com mailing list offers lots of information on various topics. However, don't think that if you contact this mail list you'll necessarily get quick responses. You might need to use their forum feature, or wait a while for one of them to get back to you.
