How do I get my VPN to work on Netflix on my iPhone?

I have the Netflix app installed and use a VPN when I watch on my PC. When I download the Netflix app on my iPhone I don't have access to any VPN features. I have tried the built in VPN setting that is available. Can anyone help?

I had an idea that using the iPhone VPN might work. I used a cheap VPN service on my phone and it didn't work at all on the Netflix App. It may be possible that the VPN is only meant to be used on your computer or something.

It uses Tor, OpenVPN and PIA and it offers lots of server locations. I use it on my laptop, and it works great, so I thought I'd give it a shot on my iPhone as well.
