Is it easy to cancel Surfshark?

How do I log into Surfshark?

The Surfshark Web-based admin interface can be accessed by logging into the domain name that you purchased from Surfshark. For example, if you bought a Surfshark account from www.surfshark.com, you will need to log into surfshark.

Once logged in, navigate to the Admin Menu. If you purchased a Surfshark account directly from Surfshark, your account is already setup. If you purchased a Surfshark account from another reseller, you will need to log into the reseller's domain name.

Click on the "Admin" menu at the top of the screen, and select "Account Settings" from the menu. On the next page, enter your Surfshark account number, and click "Continue." Select "Login Details" from the menu, and enter your Surfshark password. Click "Continue." Click on the "Users" menu at the top of the screen, and select "Add User." Enter the Username and Password of the user that you wish to register on the Surfshark network. Click "Add User." The user is now registered on the Surfshark network. What is the best method to check my Surfshark connection? There are two methods that you can use to check your Surfshark connection. The first is to visit the "User Status" page at surfshark. You will need to log into surfshark.com in order to access this page.

The second method is to go to the "My Settings" page at surfshark. This page is accessible without logging into surfshark.

What is the difference between the two methods? The two methods are exactly the same. They both check your Surfshark connection. The difference is that the first method will always check your connection. The second method only checks your connection when you have logged into surfshark.

If you are experiencing a problem with your Surfshark connection, please contact the Surfshark technical support team.

Why can't i log in to Surfshark?

I've tried with the free plan in the 2-5 days trial period. It just says, after about 30-60 seconds, that it's timed out, but will be working on it again soon. I've looked in "Help" on that site to no avail, so I hope someone here has encountered this before or knows what's going on, and is able to help me.

I've already gone through several troubleshooting sessions, and changed several things at Surfshark, with the same result. The first of the logins works fine. Then I get a page where I need to enter my Surfshark username and password. When I do, though, there's a pop-up saying, "You haven't entered an email address for a Surfshark account.com if you don't know your email address."

What's bizarre to me is that I have one email account on my phone that I access constantly, just for surfing, and I also regularly access my old email account, which should be able to be used for any email in the world. But when I enter that email address on the screen above, then enter my password, it rejects it. (I even entered the "myusername@surfshark.com" I'm accustomed to using). So ? I can't even log into my email accounts.

I'd be interested to know where you set that. I just changed mine the other day, and am trying to remember what I did. But in any case, did you choose to login with a normal email, like you've always done, or a new one you just created? It sounds like you chose a new one and you have no userid to link it to.

The new "username/password" option (which actually does not require you to set anything up at surfshark.com), will allow you to log in to surfshark with an email address you created at surfshark.com or if your account is linked to an email address you already have

You're not saying that you created a new Surfshark account? That's strange. And if that's what you did, are you sure that you typed your "new email address" correctly in Surfshark?

Is it easy to cancel Surfshark?

Hi.e. I signed up for surfshark last year, but it wasn't really any good, so I canceled it a few days ago. I still haven't received any warnings or notification about my current package, or any other messages at all. I didn't receive an email when I canceled last year, so I don't know what to do now. It's been over three days, and I really want to cancel, but I don't want to be stuck on their service. Do I need to send an email?

I was wondering if this happens to anyone else. I would appreciate it if you could let me know. I would like to cancel.

Reply. Hello. Surfshark customer support is closed for the night and I just checked in with them again. They did say they would email you after you cancel but I'm not seeing anything in your dashboard. Please check your spam folder if you don't see anything within the next 12 hours.

What happened to Surfshark VPN?

It was a pretty well-received product, but the owners suddenly abandoned it a few weeks back. Now, they've relaunched it as a TorVPN, with all of Surfshark's servers moved to a Tor2Web VPN connection for faster performance and security, and with new features.

I like this new service; I think it has some good features, both for Tor users and for non-Tor users as well. Here's what I love about the new site: Tor support and configuration options (the first thing mentioned when creating an account). The fact that this is a TorVPN will protect you much better in the event of network degradation or downtime, something that you don't have to worry about when using ordinary software over the internet. It also offers faster connections than Tor2Socks or Vidalia. This can make a big difference.

Ability to change network type - 'direct', 'VPN', or 'custom'. As you can see above, there's actually a whole section dedicated to 'Custom Settings'. That means you can customize your connection to suit you specifically. I like the choice between VPN and direct, so I chose those choices.

A choice of connection types. There are many different connections available. You can create a new one or go to 'My Connections'.

You might be able to choose the connection you prefer, based on server availability. Also, if you have multiple internet connections on your computer, you can add one for Tor here, which may come in handy. There are multiple servers to choose from. All of these add-ons are available to install at once - great news! A choice of additional settings such as DNS leak protection and firewall protection. With Tor VPN, you're protected even if your DNS leaks, and this will help make sure that your entire router remains secure. Furthermore, setting your internet ports to 5800-5600 could save you a lot of hassle, especially if you're in a location where lots of people who might try attacking your connections.

Multiple, individual payment options. If you need to make purchases with PayPal, or if you want to pay with Bitcoins (you can use Bitcoin.
