We're passionate about what we do, we have fun together and we're a great team. Our employees have a lot of opportunities to learn and grow, and we're always working on ways to better. We also like to give our employees the freedom to take time off and spend time with family.

What does a typical day look like for you? Every day is different at CLEAR. It's helpful to know the schedule of every department so that you can schedule your own day. We are currently working on a new software application that will allow us to schedule, track and prioritize tasks more efficiently. We also have several ongoing projects that are always changing. Sometimes the workload is heavy and there is a lot of work to be done, but other times, there are lulls where we don't have a lot of work.
We do our best to take breaks and work in shifts. We all have a schedule that we stick to, and it's nice to know that when you have to work overtime, someone is taking a shift off.

Short answer. Go to your bank's site, click on "reviews" and click on the tab labelled "bank". Long answer. But these would be less likely to have anything to do with you and your accounts.

If you live in the US and use JP Morgan, you may get reviews from business magazine like Forbes. And if you live in Australia and use Westpac, you might get a review from business newspaper like The Australian Financial Review.
So, you need to check out the website and look for a specific tab or button that says "reviews".

The culture is great, it's very diverse. As a woman it's nice to see that in a tech environment there are women with varying backgrounds. We're not all the same. It's a great way to stay informed. But it's not always the case that your employees will give you a good review.
Some people just hate their jobs, and they're looking for an easy way to write a bad review. Or they are simply disgruntled, and they want to make sure that their review gets published. So use your own judgment. You can look at a lot of Glassdoor reviews. And you can tell if they are more than just disgruntled employees talking trash.

Why can't I see Glassdoor reviews?
There are two ways you can access reviews on Glassdoor: When you log in to your account, click on the Reviews button in the upper-right corner of your profile. To access reviews of that role, click on the Role link next to the company and click the Reviews button.

Is Beyond a good company to work for?
I am currently looking for a job and have been in a few interviews lately. The thing is that I've been working at a company where I have a good time and I enjoy working there, but they're not exactly my ideal place.
The company has about 200 employees, all of which work at their headquarter. It's a software company (my company develops a big ERP), and it's in the business of automating process in manufacturing.
So far so good, it sounds pretty cool! The problem is that my company has been in this business for 20 years and most of the people working there have been there for 10 or more. I am not like them, and I think that's a problem. They act like they know everything, while I don't know what they are talking about. They are closed to new ideas and don't want to work in a team.
I don't think I will be able to change this because they only hire people with similar ideas, which makes sense because they need the same skill set. However, I feel really unappreciated, and I want to leave.
My question is: If I'm right in thinking that the company has a bad culture, is there any other option than looking for a new job? There are a lot of companies that are more suitable for me, but most of them offer very little money (they are very small companies). Is it better to get paid less, work in a great company and still be unhappy? Or should I just look for another job? Re: Beyond a good company to work for? You've got two options - do something about it or stop making such a big deal out of it and move on. If you don't like the way the company operates and doesn't make you happy then it's not hard to find other jobs. If you do like the company and you don't like the way it operates then the question you need to ask yourself is whether you want to change it or accept it as it is.
I know that's a difficult question to answer but it is the first step. The second step would be to start thinking about how you want to improve it.
If you can't see a way of changing things then it's time to find somewhere that you will.
What are the pros and cons of working at Glassdoor?
Working at Glassdoor means that you're not only working at one of the best jobs in the world, but you're also part of a company that supports its workers both in an immediate and long-term sense. I get calls and emails from my coworkers all the time. The other day, my favorite co-worker said, Hey! Can I talk to you for a sec? This is not the first time he's gone above and beyond the call of duty.
Not all tech companies are like this, though; especially when it comes to the workplace. I know of other people who have a very difficult time finding work at places like Google or Yahoo because those companies expect you to clock out immediately upon arrival. That's not to say there are none like this, but it's easy to see why companies have this policy considering it saves them money. After all, people don't need to be transported home, which also saves them money in the end.
Glassdoor, on the other hand, does not have such a policy and that's why it gets rave reviews about its work culture. It's easy to tell because everything in the company is focused around making sure employees have a great work experience; this includes the benefits.
