Why i can't connect to ExpressVPN?

I've had ExpressVPN for a little over a month and have been using it at work and other places (such as while in transit at airports). A couple of weeks ago my VPN connection started "flaking" out, dropping every few minutes, and now my desktop computer doesn't seem to want to connect to it.

I received the verification instructions. What was supposed to happen is that I should have received a code for the free trial about a week ago but I haven't received anything. My email address has verified in the past, but why would I need to verify it again and again with just a small change in it? It doesn't make sense.

After a while trying to get the trial code I received the email explaining the process. They send it to your email account, not your spam folder. Just sign up for the newsletter, and they send you the verification code right away. No problems here.

Why is ExpressVPN not working on my Iphone?

I have tried using both a cable connection and wifi with ExpressVPN but I still have the same problem.

The connection will usually give me a "connection failed" error message, or it will say "connected to xxx.xxx", but if I click the "x" then it comes back to the home screen. I haven't really noticed a difference when logging onto Windows and using my macbook's wifi, however, I did notice a slow down. I have an HTC Sensation phone running on Sense 4.3 and I am wondering if that could be a factor. I have also noticed that sometimes it says "you are connected" but then again it's showing my home screen instead of some site like youtube,netflix etc. What can I do?
