Why is my child's device not showing up on Family Link?
I have an iPad 3 (GSM) that is not showing up on Family Link. I have tried it with an iPhone 4S (CDMA) and it does show up. What can I do? I have logged in successfully to Family Link using the iPad on my home network.
I'm stuck in FamilyLink and I don't know how to get out! I logged in a couple days ago, everything was working fine, then I did a restart or something and now all of a sudden the device that I was trying to link up doesn't show up at all. I get this message: "No devices found on this account." And then it asks if I'd like to try to sign up for FamilyLink. I'm a little worried that if I keep doing this, I won't be able to log back in.

When you try to create a new Family Link account, do you enter a device for a SIM card and a device for the Apple ID, or just a SIM card? Does the iPad have a SIM card? What OS version are you running? The iPad does not have a SIM card. When you go to Family Link, you can see an option to Add new Sim, but there is no SIM card slot on the iPad, and that is what it says to enter.
If you're not logged into Family Link, then go to www.familylink.com and click on Settings and sign into Family Link. From there, there should be a blue button called Forgot Password that allows you to reset your Family Link password.
If you're logged into Family Link, then you've already tried that. I was logging in with both the iPad and iPhone at the same time, and after I signed in with either one, both devices showed up as a family member on the Family Link page.
Yes, I did log in successfully with the iPad on my home network. I tried to create a new Family Link account, but it didn't work. I tried with the iPhone first, and it worked.

I have been in a family group for a while, as an admin member of the group, I've removed myself from the group, and tried to invite a new member who I wanted to be part of the group, but when I log in to Family Link, it says: "There was a problem with that page.
Please check your network connection and try again."
I checked my network connection and there is nothing wrong with it, so I have not been able to fix this problem at all. Is there anything I can do? Re: Can't get Family Link to work. If I am the account holder of the group I do not get a confirmation email when I make changes to the group. In the past I used to get an email to confirm the changes. Can anyone else help me?
The "You are logged in as" information on Family Link is controlled by your account and not by the group. There is no group access code. It is the same as logging in as an Admin on a web site. The groups don't know and shouldn't matter.
Why is my Family Link screen time not updating?

I have noticed on this new feature they have that while playing a game a pop up will appear saying, "Your Family Link screen time expires in 7 hours" I have never had this feature come on while I am playing a game but since having this on my system it doesn't update anymore on the family link screen time. Why? Please help. Please do not give me answers to how to do things or codes or anything like that, I don't need any help with that. Just why is my screen time not updating? Thank you.
