When I click on a link, it doesn't open in the app.?

Why won't Twitter links open in the app?

My other apps (Facebook, Gmail, etc) all work just fine. All the "Add Twitter Button" things on websites work in the app as well.

I am using iOS 6.0.1 and have my user.twitterid set to my personal twitter account.

Also, in the Preferences > General app I have only checked "Allow Linking in Tweepi." There is no option for "Allow linking from other apps."

This seems like a simple problem and I would hope it isn't a security flaw that can easily be exploited. However, I could be wrong. I have contacted the developer about this issue as I'm not sure what steps I can take or who to talk to about this one. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you so much!

Or is that a developer dream and will never happen? Right now on iPhone if someone tweets an URL I get: This works great from outside the twitter app, but when I'm inside of the app, this does not work anymore. It just says the link. which is a URL that does not exist any more.
