REFUND POLICY. We're trying to build the best service in the world. In order to develop this, we need our users' feedback. This is why we write emails with new features and plans, publish manuals on how to use the service and host video tutorials on how to get the most out of it. If you live outside Sweden you can request a refund for the days you have used with Mullvad at no cost. You have a free trial period of 30 days from the day you start using the service or get it through a friend or the support desk of a Mullvad affiliate. Our request for refund rules state that you can only request a refund before the service is even activated on your device. If you don't receive a refund within 5 days of requesting it we can still approve the refund for the first 30 days of the service. However, we only issue refunds in early time for short-term services we offer.
