The thing I noticed is, from the point of view of employees, is that while the company has been very stable over the years, the company is not growing. But everyone of the employees seem to be happy there. So I think there should be something wrong with my knowledge of the Company.

In my opinion this is because management has made a lot of improvement in the past years and now offers good benefits. I can't comment on this point as I am not a big fan of the company anymore.
