How do I fix service access denied on my iPhone?
I'm using OAuth to connect to Facebook and Google but every time I try to access an API I get a service not found message. I can call their help pages and get my details but this is a big hassle for me.
Is there something I can do in the app or on my phone to fix this? Turns out that my Google account was deactivated because I was in my country (UK). Once I gave it access again it started working.
How do I unblock access denied?
I had to block my access denied account yesterday, but can't get it to unlock now. I've tried the steps below, and they don't work for some reason. I even used my password to change the block code, but still no luck. I'd like to get back to using my account if possible.
If you can access your access-denied user, then I'll need a little more information about what exactly happened. What did you do? Can you show the exact command you're trying to run in step 3? What version of Ubuntu are you running? Are you running on 32-bit or 64-bit Ubuntu? Could you be experiencing an issue with your local DNS, or are you experiencing a direct connectivity issue between your access-denied system and the rest of your network? Could you please provide some details about what happens exactly when you type your password to the command line. How do you access this terminal? If you have any trouble with this, I can provide additional help as you need it. @Cameron. The error I see on the screen is the following: access denied for ubuntu in /etc/passwd. For all of them? sudo pwunlock sudo root. Sorry, but I found nothing else that works on this computer. Can I make a new thread (it seems to be working here?) Sorry, I'm just too confused right now, I can't even remember the exact commands I used. I got tired of it so I went to school. I'll have to find the time tomorrow to try again.
How do I fix access denied on Safari iPhone?
I have an iPhone that has a Safari browser. I just noticed that access denied on the iPhone. I go to some sites and it says "Access Denied" when trying to click on something. I can't even use the search function.
Solution: Download and install the latest version of Safari for iOS. This worked for me. You may have to restart your phone, but after doing so, you can click on any website.
The reason this works is because Safari on iOS is the default web browser and the latest version is what was pushed out to the phones at launch. I know it's old news, but it's still a useful tip for those of us that still use iOS.
It's because of the way iOS works with third party apps. If the app is not installed on the phone, you can't install it. That's why we need to download the app from the app store and not from the phone.
In the case of Safari, Apple's version of the web browser is the only one that you can use, as it's the only app that comes pre-installed on iOS devices. In iOS, you can only install apps from the App Store. Even if you download an app from your computer, iTunes, or third-party websites, it won't show up in the list of apps on the home screen.
If you want to install an app from somewhere else, you can sideload the app, which is essentially sideloading an app on your iPhone. To sideload an app, you need to find the .ipa file for the app you want to install on your iPhone.
Download and open the file in iTunes. If the .ipa file is for an app that you already have, you can just click "Open" and the app will be added to your device.ipa file is for an app you don't have, you will need to purchase it from the App Store.
After you have downloaded the .ipa file, connect your iPhone to your computer and then drag and drop the .ipa file into iTunes.
If you do this right, the app will be added to your device and you will be able to install it.
