How can I add frames to my photos for free?
I want to add frames to my photos, but I am unable to figure out how.
Where can I find a website that teaches me to do this? -Jared. Here are the steps I used to add some frames to my favorite picture. In order to get my frames to look good and be in high-resolution, I edited the photo in Gimp before adding the frames. I also used an overlay plugin in Gimp.
Steps 1 - 2: Uploading Your Image. You need to upload your image to Imgflip. Go to and upload your photo. It'll give you a name, and I named it, My Picture, for instance.
Once you've uploaded your image, you'll have the option to set what type of frames you want (I choose simple frames). It will show you some examples of frame choices. Just click on the image to set your frames. You can also add a caption, date, tags, etc., but for this tutorial I'll just stick with some simple black frames and add my name and date (I used these settings):
Step 3: Adding Frame Borders. Now that your frame borders have been added, go back to your picture that you uploaded and you should now see Simple Black Frame underneath your picture name, like this: After that, click on the frame again, this time on the frame border. This will bring up a new panel that will show you some different options.
Make sure your top left frame edge is selected and click on the border color, as shown below. A drop down menu will appear. Just click on Black.
You'll then have the option to change the color of your frame border. Click on the drop down menu, as shown below. Choose between blue, pink or green. Since I am not sure exactly which is which, I just chose green.
The options will disappear. If you click on the frame again, you should still be able to change the border color, and this time, the color options will show up again.
Click on the Set As Border button, as shown below.
What is the best free photo frame app?
It is a question you're sure to get from a lot of people when you show them the app that we have reviewed in this article.
Most free photo frame apps are simply nothing more than big photo collage apps and most certainly not free photo frame apps that can help you make your own. However, we do have one app here that does not only allow you to create a collage but one that also has a variety of different frame designs for you to use, which is perfect for those people who like having one place to go to and get their fix of photo frames. So in this article, we're going to go through each of these features and tell you which ones you need, which ones you don't need and which ones are not worth it at all.
I think I am the last person that would give two thoughts about the best free photo frame app, but it does sound nice if you use a smartphone or tablet and you would like to see a photo of someone that you were with. Not to say that we haven't all had to take a photo of ourselves in order to upload it to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or any social media website out there and that's just something that a majority of people do.
We have the best free photo frame app for iPhone and iPad, and that is the VSCO iPhone app which is an app that allows you to make your own collages as well as take and edit photos. Now the whole process of editing photos will be covered in a separate article, but if you would like to know how to make a photo collage with this app, it's very simple so I will do that with you.
To make a collage in this app you must simply click the camera button, click to take a photo, then drag on to the canvas where you can then edit the photo by adding borders and editing the color of the image. You can then use the slider to add new images to your new collage. You can even use the slider in this app to add filters and effects that you have already added in your library to enhance the picture.
Once your collage is complete you can either email your collage or share it with a different service out there. Or you can even download it to your device in order to take it with you where ever you go.

What is the free app that puts photos together?
This is a discussion on ?
Within the General Discussions forum, part of the Off-Topic; Does anyone know what app/website people use to take multiple photos and combine them into one? I want to put all my photos together for that picture and I don't want to do it manually. I'm using iphone and windows 7.
I just want to have my iPhone take me to the pictures I've taken and I want them to be put together. I know I can do this by taking them with my iphone and then editing them on my computer but I'm really lazy. I'd like to do it on my phone itself. Thanks in advance!
You can use "Photos" app. It will put the photos together for you.
However, this app will only let you combine photos from your main camera, and it won't let you combine photos from different sources such as from your camera roll or photo stream. If you're looking for something that will allow you to combine photos from multiple sources, you can try Pixiv.com or Picnik.
I've tried to upload the pics to Picnik.com, but I can't figure out how to do it. The site seems to be down at the moment, so if anyone has any suggestions for alternatives, I'd appreciate it.
Picnik does have some limitations. You can't add special effects to your photos, such as cropping, rotation, color correcting, etc. That is why it's important to know which photos you want to edit with Picnik before you start, because not all the options will work with every image.
The two apps I've been most satisfied with are FotoMagick (free) and iPhoto (paid). FotoMagick does everything Picnik does and more, but it's Windows only. IPhoto is Mac only, but it can handle non-square pictures, and it can combine several sources of images.
Both of these apps can be used to import the images you want to edit into iPhoto, and then you can edit and combine them as you see fit.
