Can I track the time I spent at each page? Sure you can. Click on the Time column and select the field and then the minutes value. All pages where you spent more than 5 minutes will be displayed as a separate row.

How do I upload the data I collected on Octoparse? When you login to your account, you can also use the Import tool and import the CSV file you created in the export option. Be aware that when exporting you can export the last 30 days of your bookmarks, while with the Import tool you can only upload the data imported after you have created an account.

What are Octoparse limits? Octoparse offers free daily and monthly limits to allow you to test your API. When your limits run out, your API calls will be suspended until your account has enough limits.

Each API call counts towards your daily and monthly limits. If you make 5 calls in a day, that's the same as making 1 call per second and using up your daily limit for that day. Similarly, if you make 25 calls in a month, that's the same as making 10 calls per second and using up your monthly limit. The API calls can be used in other API integrations like Slack or even an in-house product.

How do I know when my limits are running out? Your daily and monthly limits will show as zero at the top right of your dashboard. This indicates that your API is suspended. You'll know that this limit has run out because there will be no orange limit next to your limit, but you'll still have a red warning sign on the top right of your dashboard.

If the limit is running out, you can sign in to Octoparse (or log in if you've previously connected) and see a new line at the top of your account page that tells you that you are in debt: Why isn't my API use shown in the graph? Octoparse doesn't automatically refresh its data, which means it takes longer than usual to show updates to your graph. As a result, your stats aren't updated until your limit goes to zero. To see how close your limits are from becoming zero, navigate to 'My API' and see the 'Debt' graph.

Why does my limit go to zero quickly? Once your limit runs out, Octoparse cancels all your API calls and waits for your daily and monthly limits to go to zero before resuming API access. This process can take several minutes.

What if my limit just went back up after running out? Octoparse sometimes has to wait before resuming your daily or monthly limits, so some days the limit won't go down to zero at all.
