We will now walk you through the installation and configuration steps of installing and configuring your own OpenVPN server.

When you have restarted the client, you will be asked to log in again. Give it your username and a new password (it will ask you to fill in the new password). Click "OK". You can now exit.

5) Test the configuration by starting Internet Explorer and visit Google.

I am assuming that this would be the case because if you can create a free server on the client you would not need a paid server. If this is the case then is it possible to run multiple clients on a single server?

What you are thinking about is called "free-for-all" scenario. It is actually not supported by OpenVPN protocol. This is mainly due to security issues. Free-for-all is supported in commercial version.
