Can I email Netflix?

Hey, Netflix, you should be ashamed of yourself.

In 2026, an average person is exposed to 2,100 ad impressions daily, while Netflix makes 4,550 clicks (one every 0.16 seconds). I can't think of a better way for people to get sick of you than by watching your ads.

The solution? Make your ads actually worth watching and, more importantly, clickable. To learn how to make those Netflix ad campaigns work for you and not against you read on.

I've never watched a Netflix ad (I know, just what you expected). Well, I am now. To my surprise, they weren't bad. Well, there was that commercial for the movie The Martian. It featured Ryan Reynolds talking about the movie's plot and acting, and at the end he made jokes about it. He was funny and it was funny (I just checked), but that shouldn't be the point.

You know me, I'm pretty much a Google AdSense skeptic. However, this is Netflix so I'm gonna give them a chance. You might be surprised by their results.

Let me cut to the chase and say that I like what they did. I think they nailed it. Even if they are the worst Netflix advertiser out there, I think that they can really help you with your own Netflix video campaign.

I don't want to sound like a guy whose head just got mounted onto a pike because I'm actually not saying they are the worst thing ever. I just want to point out a few of their smart moves: Use the Best Ads. First of all, do you think Netflix uses the most popular ads to do their ads? No, they do the opposite. They make their ads unpopular and use creative ways to break away from your expectations (more on this later).

For example, they did this in the Funny or Die ad in 2026. It showed a dog dressed up as Donald Trump, holding a sledgehammer. At the end, he said the following, which is now used to promote Netflix in all its various forms:

Netflix has created more than 250 original movies, shows, documentaries, and children's programs.

Does Netflix have live support?

I can call in, and they transfer me to another agent, but they just say "I don't know, let me check.

" It takes about 45-60 minutes to get through. I know they probably have an app that allows live support, but they don't seem to offer that option.

They are pretty good about making sure my TV gets connected and connected properly, but I have had the issue where they ask for a PIN (this was on an old TV they sent me). Is this normal? They said there were two reasons: 1) I am sending them the IP address of my device, which means someone else could access it (maybe from another house? 2) It's more secure (I guess so, but now I'm afraid if I put in the right pin number, it will start a password lockout.

Do they have a good return policy (money back)? I would return it for any of the following reasons:1) They didn't return it.2) It didn't work correctly.3) You received it with the wrong information.4) It arrived with a visible defect or shipping damage.

I would return it for any of the following reasons:1) They didn't return it.2) It didn't work correctly.3) You received it with the wrong information.4) It arrived with a visible defect or shipping damage.

The shipping damage is just that they were lazy and it took them a while to figure out what happened to the package and you were able to keep it. If there was a visible defect, you'd notice after opening it and you should have opened it anyway if the box was ripped or something.

Yes, I noticed there was something torn. The inside of the box was also torn, and there was something under the box (I think it was part of the padding). Also, the side had a lot of tape stuck to it. It looks like a lot of people were trying to fix a problem that never really existed.

How can I speak to someone on Netflix?
