I have lost my Google play games account with the following message: There was a problem on your Google Play Games account.

My friend found the same problem and she sent me a message: The following message from Google Support was sent on 8th of March 2025 at 13:35am: Sorry for the inconvenience. We are resolving a Gmail spam attack that has also affected the Play Games servers. You may have experienced an error while playing. We have corrected the error. Your game profile and achievements will not be affected.

She sent this message because she received the same problem: I think I have been on the wrong site when attempting to access play store since 11.30PM today. I have tried removing all apps from my iphone and reinstalling. Still nothing!

Yes I have signed out of my Google Account on the account website but I've logged in again and still experiencing the problem. The game on my phone will not let me do anything except see my saved games. I don't have android but someone recommended this method to me: You can get your Google Play Games account back by signing into the web version of Google Play Games. The only problem is that there isn't an option for that on google play store app on my iphone 5s. I will continue to check and maybe I can get it to work again later. It's very annoying if you are a player that already created some good scores on this game.
