How to sync Google Device Policy?

We've seen it all before, but now the situation has escalated a little, in which Google has started to enforce policy by means of removing non-compatible mobile devices from the access to the Play Store.

The new policy is that any device using one of the Android 4.3 or older system versions, meaning a lot of low-end mobile phones and old tablets, will not be accepted into the Play Store.

What is that supposed to mean? What kind of message are we supposed to get from that? And most importantly, does this also affect the Android application repository? If Google will start to use this as an official way to enforce their 'approved' operating systems, does it mean they'll remove any Android 4. It will be very interesting to know about the official decision on this issue, not to mention if all other 'approved' mobile OSes will also be banned.

Let's hope they keep this up for a year, at least until the last few Android phones with outdated software are still around. At the moment, there are almost no mobile operators around the globe still maintaining their customer base on the last Android version, and I doubt they still will be even after a year.

What can you do now? We already had the option to download the APK file, but now it's too late. How you can still get the latest apk is described below.

How to get the Google Play Services update for your non-Google apps. The update of the Google Play Services, which includes support for NFC, Camera, Drive and other features to your apps, must have been installed first. In order to do that, you'll need to download the APK file of your non-Google version of the Google Play Services app that's currently available for non-Google apps. For example, in case of the Facebook app, we would use the Facebook for BlackBerry version.

There is also an update of the Google Play Services library required to connect a new API, which contains NFC support (in case of Android 4.4 or newer versions of Android), so you might have to get two updates, one of the Facebook app and another of the Google Play Services.

Why are my Google Photos not syncing iPhone?

I just upgraded my iPhone 6 to iOS 9.

3.2 and updated to Google Photos on my iPad mini 2 and it says there are 0 items in the folder. Why? How can I correct this so all my images are synced?

This is what I have: iPad mini 2 (3.1.2)

Android. 6s (8.1) Photos (7.4) Photos (6.4)6) I tried everything on the phone but it won't work. The photos on the phone are synced. But it won't sync with the Google Drive.

Can someone help me? I have tried deleting the photos on my iPhone but it still doesn't work It sounds like there may be a problem. If you sync your iPhone's photo library, and you're only using Google Photos for mobile devices, we suggest trying to delete all of your photos from your phone, including any that you may have downloaded from other applications. Once you've done that, you should be able to sign in to your Google account and view the photos you've saved in Google Photos.

I have a 4S and 8.2 OS and both have the same problem and I can't sync the photos from my iPhone to my computer either. The "all photos" and "recently uploaded" and "other places" are all the same empty list.

I'm really frustrated with this. I upgraded my iPhone (to 8.2) just because I heard that this would solve the problem. And now, my photos are stuck on Google Photos. My iPhone doesn't sync at all, it's completely unuseful right now. I don't even know if the iPhone is actually connected. I can check "Connect to WiFi" and it shows that it's connected, but it's just sitting there and I'm not getting any notifications, and when I try to open the Phone app, it says I'm offline.

I've tried everything. I deleted all the photos from my iPhone, even the ones I downloaded from other apps, even all of them, but none of it helped. I've tried iTunes.

How do I open Google Device Policy on iPhone?

I had a device policy on my old Android phone.

I moved it to Google account and now I cannot open Google Device Policy on iPhone. ?

I am new to iPhone. My iPhone 5s was activated by my old Android phone. I have moved the policy to Google account and now I cannot open Google Device Policy on iPhone.

Thanks. The way you move your policy (from your old Android phone to your new Google account) is using a web browser on the device you're trying to access the policy from. When you use a web browser, you are redirected to Google's web site and there you are able to manage your devices (by updating them, removing them from your account or changing policies). Google has a dedicated app for this and there's also the Google Assistant (with which you can manage your devices). Here you will find instructions about installing the app and using it.
