Can I update my banned Switch?

I recently got a ban in a tournament, as well as a warning I have two days to go before I get another ban.

The tournament was run on a team basis, and since I do not own the Switch that I played it on, I have been told to wait for the next team to win before I can have a rematch. Is there any way for me to update my ban to allow me to play on my team or join the game before the second ban is given? What happened with the banning and the second one, was because he did not have a friend with a Switch (this person plays with me frequently), and has been banned from switching due to this being his first offense. Even if they run it on a team basis your opponent may have other friends that could assist them. This just means that you should get that match over with and you need to focus on the next one. In the long term you can try and work something out with your opponents to get another match but keep in mind that there is some leeway as to when it takes place.

My point is that the tournament is running on a team basis, and teams are not allowed to use friends for the tournaments. I also have one extra day to go before I can get another ban for not switching, which I do not have a friend that owns the Switch.

As such, I would like to know if it is possible for me to get an update, even if its for my whole team. No there is no way to fix your ban. The rulebook has this to say about your situation, Rule 6-1-4b. Tournament Settings:If a player's team is defeated in their first three matches, and the player has two other players at that same tournament to support them, the player must take a break and wait for their teammates to win their games before he/she can play again.

Note that it states the player is waiting. Now this obviously does not apply to you, but I assume you are playing with a team.

What happened to banned Switch?

I see that the banned Switch is still banned, but I'm not sure why.

Can someone explain? I'm sorry for being a noob on this forum, but I didn't know where to ask this question. Last night, I was playing on my banned Switch, and I got banned because I had the following amount of matches played: 8 matches. The number of matches played is supposed to be the reason that I got banned, but I don't get it. I started playing last night, and I got banned, then I came back today, and I logged into the site again, and I was able to play on my banned Switch. Then I logged back in today, and I was able to play on the Switch again. Then I played a match, and I was able to play on my banned Switch again. So I'm not sure why I'm still banned? The reason that I was playing on my banned Switch last night is because I was trying to play a friend who was having trouble logging in on his banned Switch. So I was just playing with him to help him log in.

I'm sorry if this question has been asked before, but I couldn't find answer anywhere.
