Why isn't NordVPN working on Disney Plus?

Which VPN can bypass Disney Plus?

By Brian.

Updated on August 30, 2025. Disney Plus is set to hit Netflix later this year and many of us are worried about being able to watch our favorite movies, TV shows, and documentaries. The streaming service will be available to pay-monthly members in the United States and Canada starting November 12th. With that in mind, it's helpful to know what options you have for watching movies, series, and documentaries that are forbidden by Disney.

VPN Software is Free to Try (Unless You Have to Pay for Pro Version). The good news is, you don't need a VPN for Disney Plus. Netflix recently rolled out this feature and it lets you access Disney Plus content on other apps like Amazon Prime Video and Showtime. If you have another streaming service subscription and they have the same feature, you can use your VPN to get access.

Some VPN services - such as ExpressVPN - offer users a free version of their software that has limited functionality. In these instances, you have to pay to unlock a pro version that does the same thing. However, there are other VPN providers that are completely free of charge. ExpressVPN and Nord VPN are two good examples of providers that offer no-cost VPN services to new customers.

How to Watch Hulu Live on iPhone, Android or PC (With Your VPN). With Disney Plus, Hulu also will stream live shows and movies, but the service isn't quite as robust as Netflix. Hulu has live TV apps on Apple TV and Roku, which will stream programs like Live TV, Sundance TV, PBS, and local stations - while the live TV streaming service has similar access to Hulu library content. But if you have a PC or an Android smartphone, you'll need to use a VPN to get Hulu's streaming services.

As is the case with other streaming services, your best bet is to use a service that doesn't cost extra to access live sports and events. You can use NordVPN's US server locations to unlock Hulu's live TV features.

Why is my VPN not working with Disney+?

I got the IPTV app from Disney .

I connect to my VPN, and the VPN works fine on my other computers but not with my I Pad Air2. It will connect and log in and give me a log in screen and then it asks me for the username and password. I put in the VPN password and the login comes back. I try another ipad and the same thing happens.

Can anyone help me? Thanks ! I have a windows 8.1 computer running IPTV service and on windows 7 the computer connects perfectly and gets full access to IPTV service (and to other applications) while running VPN. But with Windows 8.1, while using VPN, when I try to get full access to apps and sites, I only get a blank screen, I can see the logo from the site, but nothing. I have an ASUS N16-AR. I'm out of options.

Hi guys. I am really stuck. I am able to connect to the VPN as long as I turn off windows Defender and antivirus. Once I turn them back on after connecting to the VPN my connection to the VPN stops working.

I am also connected to a domain and I am still able to connect to this. I am able to ping the domain name fine but when I go to type it in it is just a blank.

Is there any way to get it working without turning off the programs that I don't need to access the internet or do I have to remove them

IPTV app not working with my VPN connection. If you are trying to use your iPad as a "hotspot" and "WLAN hotspot" as well at the same time, you will need to stop the "WLAN hotspot" in order to let the VPN traffic through. The "WLAN hotspot" option is set to On and is enabled in the Setting menu.

How can I set a specific MAC address in my VPN connection so that the Mac recognizes that IP address? I have 2 VPN connections on my Mac. Each has a different MAC address. I would like to set the Mac up so that it will always use the VPN connection specified by that particular MAC address. I have not been able to find any settings in the Network preferences that allow this.

Do you have any suggestions on how I can accomplish this?
