Yes, but I want to open the app and not visit the twitter website. This has been happening to me for some time now. I've tried the steps listed in the other posts, including restarting the phone. Unfortunately, it's still not working.

UPDATE: This seems to work sometimes, but it's very unreliable. The last time I tried it, the app didn't open up when I clicked on a link. I had to use the browser to visit the twitter site.
