I think I need help as my mom doesn't know how to do it. My question is if you know how to get rid of this FB software on my computer, and if you can get rid of it from my mom's computer as she uses this laptop to go shopping for example at places such as Walmart, Kmart, etc.
Hi, this is to help others who want to remove Facebook and their apps. I did this with Win7 when it asked for Windows 8.1 reinstall and I used the Win7 uninstaller and that took me straight to the app that needed to be uninstalled. Good luck everyone
Answer:How to Remove Facebook Apps without Facebook itself. Hello. I would recommend downloading this program: and use that to wipe the entire thing. It includes deleting all apps and all files.
You have to be pretty knowledgeable with a computer to do this. Good Luck! I recently went through the process of changing my password in hopes of cleaning up my computer. Well I was amazed at the amount of stuff that comes with this program I thought it was part of the os but in actuality it is an app I want gone! First problem, the program doesn't seem to work and now it is stuck on the blue screen. Anybody know a good fix? Answer:Facebook program. Welcome to Tech-Forum. What version of Windows are you running? Did you find out whether it was a free or a paid program? If it was a paid program, it was either installed during activation of Windows. Do you remember seeing a message informing you that you had to pay for it?
How do I remove Family Link under 13?
Hi.
My son just started playing World of Warcraft. He is under 13 years old and I have Family Link installed. ? I went to the website and clicked on the Uninstall button, but nothing happens. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
I'm trying to access this site: www.familylink.com/uninstall.php. I am using the IP address of my computer and when I put it in the address bar, it says "The requested URL could not be retrieved" or something like that. I would really appreciate your help.
FamilyLink is an adware program that installs a bunch of unwanted add-ons onto your Firefox browser. If you use Firefox, click here to remove it from your browser.
If you are using Internet Explorer, click here to remove it from your browser. To get rid of FamilyLink, follow the steps below. This is done as a one-time action.
Uninstall the current version of Firefox or Internet Explorer. Close all open programs. Open Firefox or Internet Explorer and sign in to your account. Click the Help menu and select Reset Firefox. Select the Delete personal information checkbox. Select the Remove Firefox data checkbox. Restart Firefox. Click OK. Open a new browser window and repeat steps 2 to 7. Note: You may need to restart your computer after deleting the cookies for the web browser. What if I don't have a browser, or I want to install a different browser? If you don't have a browser or you want to install a different browser, you can download Firefox for Windows, Mac, and Linux or download Chrome for Windows, Mac, and Linux from the Google Chrome Web Store. If you need additional help, contact the vendor of your operating system.
You can also use Google Chrome from your Windows Start menu (just right-click on the Start button and select All Programs). If you don't have the Start menu, then you can use the "Start" button on the Windows taskbar or search for the Chrome app on the Windows Store.
