What if I want to leave? As long as you're not paying us directly for the service, we want you to stay. If you find we've broken our terms and conditions or are otherwise abusive, please contact us at support@urbanvpn.com and we'll make sure you're removed from our service.

Can I get a refund? Yes, refunds are handled by the payment method you used for your initial purchase. We send refunds through the same method, so if you pay with a credit card, we send a credit card, and if you pay with PayPal we send PayPal. For example, if you purchased a subscription on a credit card, you'd be refunded through the same credit card. We may also provide a credit back to your account. If you have an account balance remaining after a refund issued, the remaining balance will be applied toward your next monthly payment.

How do I cancel my subscription? Can I pay using a different method? Yes, we accept a range of payment methods. You can pay with debit card, credit card, bank transfer or PayPal. We also offer discounts to people who pay using bank transfer, PayPal or debit card.

How do I change my credit card details? When you first purchase an UrbanVPN subscription, we ask you to complete a credit card form. When you complete this form, we save it as a template which you can edit and fill in to update your credit card information. Alternatively, you can email us your new credit card details and we'll update your account within 48 hours.

Do you share my data with anyone else? No. We don't sell your information to any third parties. If you ask us to share your data, we'll provide you with the name of the person who requested the data. We do this so that they can pay you directly.
